The Diabetic Retinopathy Screening service removed without consultation from Heywood Phoenix centre is to be Reinstated in November.

After a very public campaign by local people affected by the removal of the service their pressure on NHS England and other avenues has borne fruit and justice has been done by the decision being reversed.
